Payne,

It seems that the software may be looking in the incorrect location for the sounds. To verify where the software is looking, select the Resource Browser / Shared Resources and you will see the path at the top of the Browser for example: / Users/ prometheaninc/ Documents/ Promethean/ ActivInspire/ My Sounds. If your sounds are in a different folder than where the software is targeting, you can copy/ paste that folder where the software is looking. (case# 214581)
