Not sure what may have happened during the firmware upgrade to cause this. Did you get a message during the upgrade process that the "Upgrade Failed"? Where you directly connected via USB to the electronics during the update? Please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Interactive Displays, Contact Us.
