Hello,

If your computer is connected directly to the projector, ensure that it is connected to the VGA 1 port.

If your remote is grey or white, select Menu from the remote Computer 1 > RGB > does the image display?

If your remote is black, select Source from the remote VGA 1 > does the image display?

If not, try the VGA 2 port on the projector and instead of selecting the VGA 1 from the menu settings, select VGA 2 to see if you are able to get an image. (case# 281794)
