It seems that the board is connected since the flame is white. If you have not done so, try disconnecting the power supply and USB from the board for about 1 minute and reconnect to see if that helps. Have you tried selecting the ActivManager icon and selecting Calibrate? If not, you may want to try that and see if the calibration screen comes up. If you are still having issues, please verify the firmware and driver version listed in the ActivManager hardware tab. (case# 281608)
