The last thing you will want to try is swapping the power supply to the projector and trying another outlet to ensure the issue is not power related. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 281469 and provide the serial number of the projector so that we can verify if it is still under warranty.
