Please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 281437 and include the serial number and if possible, a picture of the image that is being displayed from the projector. This projector may still be replaceable under warranty.
