Not sure what would have caused this lamp to go out after 4 months, try disconnecting the power supply from the projector for about 5 minutes and reconnect. At times, this can reset the projector and the lamp will strike. If the issue persists, try another known working lamp in the projector ensure the lamp and lamp lid are closed and secured. If replacing the lamp resolves the issue, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Projectors, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 279359. Please include the serial number of the projector and the amount of hours were on the lamp. There is an article on the knowledge base that will guide you on how to retrieve the lamp hours.
