To resolve this issue, disconnect all Promethean hardware for your your computer. Go to Applications > Promethean > ActivDriver > Uninstall. Once the driver is uninstalled, restart the computer. Also, try running a repair on disk permissions. To do this select Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > Mac HD > First Aid tab > Repair Disk Permissions. Once complete restart the computer again. Save/ Install the driver link below;
