Have you tried disconnecting the power supply and reconnecting it and trying a different power outlet?
If so, try connecting the ActiView to another computer that has the ActiView software installed and see if the issue replicates. If the issue persists, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Interactive Tools, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 278819 and include the ActiView serial number, which is located on the bottom of the document camera.
