Mike,
It sounds like you have the Personal Edition of the software. To verify this on a Windows computer, select Help > About > at the top of the window in bold black lettering you should see "Promethean ActivInspire", the edition and complete version. On a Mac it will be located under ActivInspire > About ActivInspire.
If you have the Personal Edition of the software, you will need to add the 20 digit Activation Key to upgrade to Professional Edition. (case# 278540)
