We recently did a staff computer refresh and are installing a base software package the includes ActivInspire. When I go to calibrate the board a screen pops up with an orange dot in the middle and says tap to continue. When I do this another screen pops up with an orange circle with a dot in the middle and says "To start calibration, press and hold your pen for 2 seconds." but when I do this nothing happens. If I touch the orange dot it exits out of the calibration screen. We are using ActivInspire version 1.7.58968 and ActivBoard firmware v3.98. Activmanger is v 5.8.33. The macs we are using are running 10.8.4. Thanks for any help you can provide.
