Try and delete the timer from the object browser. Resave the flipchart, close out of the software and reopen. If you continue to have issues, please contact Technical Support via the web form on the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select your region/language, Software, Contact Us. In the Existing case field input case number: 278337, attach the flipchart to the web form and provide the version OSX you are using.
