If you gathered this information from the ActivManager hardware tab, then it seems that your ActivBoard is not being detected by the computer. Please ensure that your USB connection from the computer to the board are connected securely. If you are connected to a connectivity panel or wallbox, try bypassing them and connect a standard 16ft USB cable from the computer directly to the electronics on the board (located behind the flame). You may also want to update your Activdriver, we are currently at version 5.9.
To update the driver, please ensure that all Promethean hardware is disconnected from the computer.
Uninstall the ActivDriver and restart the computer.
