It seems that the USB cable is not being detected by the board, this is why the flame won't light up and the touch and sound features won't function either. As Kylie suggested, please ensure that the USB cable to the board is connected securely and that your ActivDriver is up to date. We are currently at version 5.7.25.
If you are still having issues, please contact technical support via the knowledge base at www.prometheankb.com, select Interactive Displays/ Contact Us. In the Existing case field input number 210081. Also, provide the serial number of the board with your inquiry.
