I tried doing everything but it didn´t work. There were two versions of Java indeed but they were the x86 and x64 versions. Anyway, I uninstalled them, rebooted, and installed the latest x86 version to no success. I also deleted the profiles stored in the C:\Users\%username%\My Documents\Activ Software\ActivInspire\My Resources\My Profiles path, but still the situation persists. I found an ACTIVstudioError.log file in the users share of the domain. Shall I post it here?
