Our Escalations Team has done some testing and have provided the following:
deploy the msi (for the new driver 5.9) using command line with the following command:
/q addlocal=all (case sensitive)
This installed the driver quietly with no user interaction and installed the serial components as well.
They have tested both 64 and 32 bit and both worked as expected.
