Thank you, Robert. I'm not certain this would resolve though before we take next steps I'd want to attempt to upgrade the board's firmware and the drivers on your computer. The most recent Windows driver I've linked below for convenience though if you ever need to look, it'll be under the support section with the links attached to the appropriate piece of hardware. For the firmware, please follow the directions in KB article 010804.
