Please ensure that the ActivHub firmware and the driver listed in the ActivManager hardware tab are at the latest version. The ActivHub firmware version should be 5.13 and the driver should be version 5.8.46. You also want to ensure that the firmware on the ActivExpression 2's are at version 12.05. To verify the version of firmware on the devices, with the device turned on, select Menu > Diagnostic. Is ActivEngage installed on student computers, ipads, ipods etc?
