We have a more current version of the software 1.7.58968. To update the software you can select Help > Check for Updates. You also want to ensure that your ActivDriver is at the latest version 5.8.46 depending on your operating system. The firmware on the ActivHub should also be 5.13. Also, when creating a test, you want to ensure that you are selecting a template. (case# 241010)
