In regards to the issue you are still having, since there has been a large time lapse are you able to provide the version of ActivInspire that you are using that is experiencing the issue?
Also in addition to this are you able to provide any information when it does/does not work? i.e. is it just on the one computer? Is it with long questions/answer when it occurrs?
Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate the issue more.
