I have 2 sets of Activote PRM-AV3, which have slowly been combined as one after another Activote has stopped working over the years. After I register them, I vote one at a time to find out what number each one is (Device 1, Device 2, and so on). Then I put a label on so that when I pass them out to a class I can automatically assign devices and pass them out quickly (I have K-2 students and typing in a Pin is too time-consuming). When ONE activote stops working, how can I unregister it? The only thing I know how to do is unregister ALL of the,m and then register them again, which is ;pt pf work. However, if I don't unregister that device, wjhoever is Device 10 in ABC order will not be able to see his/her name when he/she answers (and I won't have the data recorded). I can always give him an unused number at the end, but it doesn't solve the issue of not having a name attached to that device.
