Hello!
I am seeing the following problem on several teachers' computers within my district. I have installed the latest ActivInspire Software, drivers, firmware and device Kernal and Firmware. Even after completing all that, I am still unable to view my registered devices in the device manager. When you push a quiz, a pop up appears saying that “No ActivHub Hardware is connected. Please connect the hub before starting the vote.” I have re-checked the ActivHub, unplugged it, reset it even and nothing.
This is highly frustrating for me as an eLearning Specialists and of course for my teachers who are trying to find a work around to not using their clickers for the time being.
Please help! :)
