Thanks for posting on the forum.

Am I correct in saying when you select your pen tool within ActivInspire on your ActivBoard Touch, does it drag a selection box?

If so, this is a quick setting that can be changed.

Launch ActivInspire- click on File>Settings>Dual Mode ActivBoard> Change Touch Input handling from "Treat as Select tool" to 'Touch or stylus' or 'Touch or ActivPen' and also change 'Touch Interoperability' to 'OS Compatible'.

If the issue is not this please let me know what happens when you try to draw on the ActivBoard.
