I have an ActivSlate 50 (PRM-RS2-01) that I am trying to register with an ActiHub (PRM-AH2-01). The hub is connected to my computer only, as I do not have a board. ActivInspire recognizes the hub, but when I attempt to register the slate, it is not recognizing when I press the "register" button or the PIN code. I am using ActiveInspire Professional version, all of my drivers are up to date, and I am at a loss. Is this configuration compatible (between the Slate and the Hub)? Thank you!
