If the ActivDriver is up to date, the board may require a firmware update. There is an article on our knowledge base that will guide you. You will need to be connected via USB (not serial) to perform the update. The article is located at www.prometheankb.com, in the search box type in 10360. The file you need is at the bottom of the article. (case# 214310)
